What if I don’t like the quote? That’s the end of the conversation. No chase, no follow-up calls beyond a single courtesy email a few days later. Your details aren’t passed to third parties.
Can I specify a brand? Yes — there’s an optional brand field on the form. We’ll quote the brand you’ve named where we’re authorised to fit it. If we’re not, we’ll tell you up front.
How urgent is “urgent”? For genuine emergency callouts (no cooling on a 41°C day, refrigerant leak, electrical fault on the unit), call us directly — our after-hours line covers emergency work.
Do you service my suburb? We service Greater Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills — Two Wells in the north to Aldinga in the south, the city to the coast, across to Mount Barker. If your suburb falls outside that, we’ll let you know rather than waste a quote slot.
